We provide our customers everything from a simple repair to complex electrical service work. Simply call our service number shown above to speak with the technician handling the service calls.
We are fully licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Washington as general and electrical contractors.
Service Call - When a service call is performed the customer agrees that the M&M Repair (Seller) retains title to equipment/materials furnished until the final payment is made on the invoice. If payment is not made as agreed the Seller can remove said equipment/materials at the Seller's expense. Any damage from said removal shall not be the responsibility of the Seller.
Limited 30-day warranty - On the labor charged for services preformed. Effective from the date of the invoice. Most parts have a manufacture warranty. COD accounts must be paid in full at time of service to benefit from this 30-day warranty.
Equipment Checkout - If we come to your site to checkout/evaluate your equipment or if you drop a unit off at our shop we will provide you a quote for repairs and/or equipment replacement. You be charged a minimum of 1 hour labor plus, if we travel to your location, 1 travel charge. We do not offer free evaluations.
Quotes - When we provide you a quote the estimated costs to repair is based on what we can see while evaluating the unit. There can be hidden problems that don't show up until the actual repair of the unit. Keep in mind that the total actual repair costs may come to more or less then what you were quoted.

Our trained service technicians take pride in quality workmanship and guaranteed performance of equipment breakdowns. We service all makes and models of restaurant commercial refrigeration equipment and food service equipment including gas & electrical cooking equipment; including:

Each service call is billed a standard travel rate. Travel rates are determined by the distance from Woodinville. Service calls outside our standard area are billed by the hour (round trip) in place of the standard travel rates.
Government - We are approved to work at local government sites (i.e. Air Force/Army Bases (JBLM), and Navel bases. Emergency ServiceService calls outside of the normal business hours are considered an emergency. Normal business hours are shown in the Contact Us section.
- Emergency service calls will be billed as overtime (OT). - The clock starts when the technician leaves his home. - There is no standard travel charge for OT calls. - Replacement parts may not be available until the next business day. Service Work Limited WarrantyAll materials, parts and equipment are warranted by the manufacturer's or suppliers' written warranty only. All labor performed by M&M Repair is warranted for 30 days or as otherwise indicated in writing on the invoice. M&M Repair makes no other warranties, express or implied, and its agents or technicians are not authorized to make any such warranties on behalf of M&M Repair. The 30-day warranty becomes effective only when the invoice is paid in full and starts on the date of the invoice.
Factory Warranty ServiceWarranty service work will be provided for our established customers from approved vendors. We do not do warranty service work for new customers.
Labor RatesService calls are billed a minimum of one hour of regular time. Overtime (OT) rates will apply after normal business hours and on weekends or holidays.
WA Sales TaxService calls are subject to Washington State sales tax. The tax rate is determined based on the location of where the work is to be performed. Sales tax is always charged unless we have a current Reseller Permit or tax exempt certificate on file.
Freight, Parking & Toll ChargesFreight, parking and bridge toll charges will be added to the invoice if they apply to the service call. These charges are the exact amounts that we were charged.
TermsOur standard terms, with an approved signed credit application on file, is NET 30. Until credit has been established the terms may be C.O.D. or credit card only.
Interest will be charged on the unpaid account balance at 1.5% or the highest allowed by law for unpaid balances over 30 days old. Account balances over 90 days old are considered delinquent and are subject to collections and/or removal of the equipment/materials at the seller's expense. If a collection process is started, the customer will be responsible for all attorney and recovery costs. Payment MethodsWE accept cash, business checks, VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.
Payments by personal credit card will incur an additional 2.5% fee or a 3.5% fee for business/government credit cards. Checks returned as NSF are subject to an NSF fee of $50 plus your account balance being put on C.O.D. status. |
